A very special evening with Jennifer Hosten — the Grenadian trailblazer who made history in 1970 as the first Black woman to be crowned Miss World. More than a beauty queen, she has built a remarkable international career as broadcaster, diplomat, High Commissioner, author and psychotherapist. The evening features a special screening of Misbehaviour, the acclaimed film revisiting the 1970 Miss World competition and the cultural and political moment surrounding her historic win, followed by an in-person conversation and memoir book signing. Presented by CaribbeanTales Media Group as part of the Windrush International Caribbean Film Festival.
